Guy Evans Contractor Services' Commercial Divisions fabricate, provide and install hollow-metal and wood doors, frames, windows, architectural hardware and accessories (Divisions 6, 8 & 10) for institutional (assisted living, hospital, schools), high-rise (apartment, dormitory, office and condominium), speciality-use (clubhouses, movie theatres), governmental, military, office and industrial projects.
Guy Evans’ Commercial office located at our headquarters serves the entire Coachella Valley. Our San Diego Commercial office, warehouse and field team were established in 2004 to meet the growing needs of commercial development in the San Diego area. This division shares warehouse space with the Guy Evans Contractor Services Tract Division. The expanding Las Vegas location serves the booming Nevada building industry.
